Aldrich Road Culvert Replacement

2025

As part of Monroe County’s infrastructure improvements, Lakelands Concrete Products manufactured and delivered a 14’x6’ precast box culvert with skewed ends for a key water crossing along Aldrich Road in the Town of Perinton. The project was designed and coordinated with Stantec, CP Ward, and Fisher Associates to meet both functional and visual standards.

To enhance the appearance of the exposed concrete, the cantilever wingwalls were cast with a decorative form liner finish and included a custom date stamp — providing both a polished aesthetic and a lasting marker of the project’s completion. As a certified Monroe County WBE, Lakelands Concrete was proud to contribute to this high-profile project.

The scale and complexity of the structure required more than 17 truckloads for delivery, demanding precise planning and close collaboration with the contractor to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process. This project demonstrates the value of coordination, quality precast engineering, and visual design in modern public works.
