As part of NYSEG’s infrastructure improvements in Ithaca, NY, Lakelands Concrete Products manufactured and delivered a 16’-10” x 10’-4” precast modular building to serve as a regulator station. Designed in close collaboration with DDS Companies and DELTA, the structure was engineered to meet exacting performance and aesthetic standards.

This non-insulated modular unit featured a specialized architectural form liner, a custom peaked roof, and a stain finish selected to align with NYSEG’s visual requirements for the site. The result is a clean, professional structure that integrates seamlessly into its environment while delivering durability and low maintenance.

To ensure proper alignment and quality during installation, the Lakelands team was present onsite during the erection process — providing hands-on support to guarantee a smooth and successful finish.
